CBSE unveils an App to detect the Exam Centre.
- The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has now released a mobile application to identify the location of the exam centre for the comfort of the students.
- Exam Centre Locator - CBSE ECL is an Android Mobile Application which helps the students to detect the location of their exam centre and can check the distance between their current location to the centre.
First anniversary of Balakote Airstrikes was celebrated in India
- The first anniversary of the Balakote Airstrike was celebrated on 26th February by the Indian Air Force.
- Indian Air strikes on the launch pads located in Balakot in Pakistan’s Khyber Paktunkhwa province as a reply to the attack on CRPF soldiers in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.

- Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr. Santosh Kumar Gangwar has laid the foundation stone for the 100 bedded ESI hospital building in Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh.
- The Estimated Cost of the project is ₹101.54 Crores and is equipped with modern medical facilities.

- The Indian Air Force (IAF) and Royal Air Force-UK (RAF) jointly initiated the fifth edition of Exercise Indradhanush at Air Force Station Hindan on 24th February.
- The theme of this edition is 'Base Defence and Force Protection’. The exercise will be concluded on 29th February.

- Chief of the Air Staff (United Kingdom): Air Chief Marshal Mike Wigston.
Cabinet Approves National Technical Textiles Mission.
- The Cabinet Committee of External Affairs(CCEA) has approved the establishment of the National Technical Textiles Mission on 26th February.
- For the Mission the Cabinet has allocated a total outlay of ₹1480 crore.
- The mission was initiated with a view to make India a global leader in technical textiles and to enhance their use in the domestic market.
India’s first Artificial Intelligence summit to be held at New Delhi in April.
- The Government of India announced about hosting its first-ever Artificial Intelligence (AI)-focused summit in April 2020 with a view of exchange of ideas of the global minds.
- The summit named as "RAISE 2020 -- Responsible AI for Social Empowerment 2020" will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
- The summit is to be organized by the Government of India in collaboration with Industry & Academia.
- Secretary of Electronics and Information Technology Ministry: Mr. Ajay Prakash Sawhney.
Ramesh Pokhriyal launched Higher Education Leadership Development Programme for Administrators.
- The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and the British Council jointly announced the launch of the UK-India Education and Research Initiative (UKIERI) -funded Higher Education Leadership Development Programme for Administrators.
- The main focus is to train the senior leaders and academic faculties all over the Indian higher education institutes (HEIs).

- Jeff bezos was followed by Bernard Arnault (LMHV, $107 billion) in the second place and Bill Gates (Microsoft, $106 billion) comes in the third position.
- From India, Mukesh Ambani, CMD Reliance Industries the only Indian to Occupy a position in the top 10. He is in the 9th position with $67 billion.
