The service ensures continuous communication during prolonged blackouts, in liberated areas, and during humanitarian and rescue operations.
Kyivstar has installed generators and batteries capable of providing 10+ hours of backup connectivity during outages.
Starlink boosts resilience as Russian strikes target energy and telecom infrastructure, protecting national communications capabilities.
Over 50,000 Starlink terminals are already used by Ukrainian armed forces for battlefield communication and drone operations.
